Ramen Noodle/Water War - JULY 28th

July 28th - DERBY NAZARENE -- 840 N WOODLAWN -- DERBY, KS
During CHAOS week with Grace Baptist, we are going to have a Ramen Noodle and Water War. There is no real cost to this event but if you are able, please bring a package of Ramen Noodles with you to donate. Since we are wasting so much food in our fight, we thought it would be a great idea to donate food to the food bank for those who cannot provide for themselves or who have difficulty doing so. If you can't bring anything, that is fine but if you can, please bring the Ramen Noodles or any Non-Perishable food item with you.

Also, you wil get very dirty, messy, and soaking wet during this event. If you don't come prepared...then you will be very unhappy when a wayward water balloon is hurled toward your head. Please remember to bring clothes you don't mind getting messy, dirty, and even ruined. It is going to be a blast but it will certainly be messy. There, you have been warned.

For those of you from the Adrenaline Rush youth group...Points double on this night...bring friends!!

If you can recite all of the books of the Bible on July 14th, you will double your current total points!! NOt just double your points for the night but double your total points. If you bring 5 friends with you to the Ramen Noodle/Water War, you will triple your points for the night.

The Ramen Noodle/ Water War will take place at Derby Nazarene in the grass lot South of the church. It all starts at 6:45PM on July 14th.

CHAOS Week with Grace Baptist - JULY 26-30

July 26-30th - It is CHAOS week with Grace Baptist. We will be joining the youth group from Grace Baptist (Jim Shelllenberger's youth group) in a week of fun and fellowship. As you can see from the graphic above, we are bowling, laser tagging, having a massive Ramen Noodle and Water War, hitting a movie at the Palace and finally, a game night on Friday (not pictured). Some of the events cost money but Wednesday and Friday nights are free (sort of).

FRIDAY GAME NIGHT - We are heading to Grace Baptist near Pawnee and Seneca in Wichita for an open gym/game night. Join us for a blast of a good time. We will play some Minute to Win it games along with XBOX 360 and Wii games. Basketball is available for anyone wishing to shoot hoops as well. All we ask is that you bring Pop and snacks like cookies, chips, salsa, cheese dip, and stuff like that. You don't bring food....We don't eat nothin'! It will be a blast so don't miss the fun. Girls are asked to bring a 2 liter of Soda Pop and guys are asked to bring the snack food.
