FOOTBALL AT CHURCH!! IN HiDef!! LOVE GOD. LOVE OTHERS.
Happy New Year!! Well, almost anyway.
This year, we are gathering at the church on Sundays after the morning service and watching the NFL playoffs. That's right, we are watching football at church.
On Jan 8th, 15th, and the 22nd, we are watching the playoff games after the morning service and we are watching it in HD and on a 156" screen (that is about 12ft x 6.5 ft). It is going to be AWESOME!!
So come out for the service, bring some food to share for lunch and snacks, bring a friend and enjoy the games.
Also, on Feb 5th, we will be watching the superbowl on that same HUGE screen!! Don't miss this and bring some friends!
Thanks for asking. Adrenaline Rush is the student ministries of the Derby 1st Church of the Nazarene in Derby, KS. We exist to glorify Jesus Christ. Our mission is to "Go and Make Disciples for Jesus Christ as we learn to be disciples ourselves." Acts 4:31 talks about the disciples hanging out in a room, praying and praising God. When they were done, the Holy Spirit came down and filled them all and the walls of that place were SHAKEN! You can't get more of an Adrenaline Rush than that, eh?
